Hole in One 2022
“Our 2022 Golf Shoot Out is finished. We started with some iffy weather forcast but ended the three day event with having great weather for all the golfers to show off their skills. This year was different in a couple of ways and we hope that everyone enjoyed the new format. Our office is contacting those that have placed on the leader boards and have a prize waiting.
Your support for United Cerebral Palsy of West Central Wisconsin goes a long way to support families in our area!
Thanks for your support.”
“Hello Golfers!
Pick your favorite color golf balls and start swinging!
2022 Shoot-Out, will be held at Dick’s Divot on August 18th, 19th from 11am - dusk and on Saturday August 20th from 9am - the final shoot out ends. This year we have changed a few things so that everyone can compete regardless of not being able to attend the Saturday night Shoot-Out. We have 3 leaderboards to test each golfers skills and will be awarding the top 40 golfers in each of the 3 leaderboards.
Food, drinks and prizes!
Thank you all so much; we look forward to seeing everyone at the event!”
2021 Golf Shoot-Out
“We loved hosting this super exciting yearly golf shooting challenge at Dick’s Divot in Altoona. It’s always a weekend filled with great food, wonderful prizes, and fun times!
Our 2021 Hole In One fundraising event was held in August. We had sunshine every day. The event was at Dick’s Divot in Altoona for the 5th time. This amazing event has big prizes to showcase along with many giveaways. The event is open for 4 days. We offer VIP Cards for daily discounts on golf balls and great food with different options each day of the event and refreshments. This year we offered a special kids bracket for 14 and younger to compete for the ‘closest to the pin’ challenge. Each year we finish the event exhausted but thrilled with the support from the community and this year was no different. We look forward to doing this again next year and plan to have some new changes. If you are interested in helping or planning for next year please reach out to us! In 2022, we will be planning to hold this event August 17th-20th.”
May Walk is one of our favorite events that we hope to be able to bring back in 2023. Attendees walk a mile loop through Owen Park, over Water St. bridge, throughout historic homes, past the YMCA, and back over the Lake St. bridge to the park. Our May Walk events typically include a fun picnic at Owen Park where attendees can also peruse booths with wellness resources relating to adaptive equipment and activities for people with varying abilities.
100% of donations from this event stay local.
Snow Biz
Snow Biz was one of our many fundraising raffle events held in the winter every year to raise funds to support a life without limits for those with and without disabilities.
