Introduction

Together Chippewa Valley is a coalition of nonprofits forming to coordinate response efforts to address community needs during the COVID-19 crisis, raise funds through a first of its kind community-wide fundraising initiative, and support one another’s missions to survive and thrive.

About

United Cerebral Palsy of West Central Wisconsin (UCP of WCW) currently offers professional service, care, and understanding to meet the needs of people of all ages with varying abilities. UCP of WCW has been in existence since 1954, serving over 600 families annually. Our over all goal is to help create a life without limits for people with disabilities!

UCP of WCW currently provides supportive home care throughout our service area of 12 counties. We are working on expanding other programs to these counties as well. (Visit our programs section to learn more about what we offer.)

Our 12 Counties: Barron, Buffalo, Chippewa, Dunn, Eau Claire, Jackson, Pepin, Pierce, Polk, St. Croix, Trempealeau, Rusk
